Interior design is a business of emotion (design) and intellect (construction). Based on the spirit inherited in the corporate color, we hope every member can achieve them both in our service.
Emotional purple → Creativity, imagination, and intelligence;
Intellectual grey → Balance, neutrality, and sober-mindedness.
Team and value
The nitty-gritty details of custom designs require standardized operating procedures to turn complexity into simplicity. The responsibility for “project, professionalism, attentiveness, and accountability” and a construction team with long-term cooperation are the requisites to start a mission incorporating construction delicacy, quality assurance, and responsible construction.

Service rates
Design Fee: residential space design NT$8,000 per ping, NT$80,000 below 10 pings
commercial space design NT$5,000 per ping, NT$50,000 below 10 pings
Construction fee: Unit price is calculated per ping. This rate is for reference only. Actual prices are subject to adjustment for individual projects.
New building: About NT$80,000 to NT$100,000 or higher.
Pre-owned building: About NT$100,000 to NT$120,000 or higher.
Business space: About NT$30,000 to NT$50,000 or higher.
